Fear Transforms
My children’s fear of me began as true fear: dread and terror.
But as that fear transforms who they are, it begins to change into
respect, honor and reverence. My fear of the Lord has gone
through changes too, and I have come to know Him well enough
to respect, honor and reverence His heart of goodness, and love
as much as I fear and dread His hand of discipline.
