your spirit was born again, but not your mind or your body.
God did something with your spirit, but you are the one
who has to do something with your mind and your body.
As you feed on the Word of God and become an active
doer of that Word, letting it dominate your actions, then
with that Word you are able to re-train your mind and
body.
