gave your body habits. But now that your spirit has been
born again and has the life of God in it, your mind has to
be re-taught and given a new way of thinking. That’s what
the Bible means when it says to “renew your mind.” As
you renew your mind and re-train it to think in line with
God’s Word, then you will be able to give your body new
habits and keep it from engaging in the wrong things you
engaged in before you were born again.
