I personally know many teachers who are extremely frustrated because when a discipline problem comes up, the parents come to the school angry, ready to blame the school for the problem. Parents do not want the responsibility to discipline! Fathers have the primary responsibility for discipline, and the Mother also has some responsibility in this area.
