UNFAILING FAITH Before Jesus was arrested, He told Peter, “… Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, THAT THY FAITH FAIL NOT …” (Luke 22:31 & 32). Jesus prayed that Peter’s faith wouldn’t fail. Jesus was letting Peter know that by holding to his faith in God’s Word he would overcome the enemy’s strategies against him. The enemy would like to steal your faith, for it’s with your faith that you conduct business with heaven and receive all that God has provided. It is by faith in God that you move past all opposition and lay hold of all God has made yours. No matter what the opposition, hold fast to your faith in God’s Word. Feed your faith on God’s Word, think and speak faith words, act on God’s Word, and rest and recline yourself on God’s Word, for victory is yours.
