Beverages or Mints with Sugar
When you are at work or school, avoid sipping on coffee
or tea loaded with sugar, or on sugar-filled sodas or juices
over a couple of hour period.
Drink your beverage over a relatively short period of
time, and then rinse your mouth out with fresh water.
Use water to sip on over the longer periods of time. Try
to drink diet sodas or reduced sugar drinks whenever
possible.
