As my mother would restore an old piece of furniture, she would
give as much attention and time as possible to the process. She would
sometimes work late into the night. She knew it would only prolong
the restoration process if she didn’t give much time to it. But if she
would give an all-out effort to it, giving all the time necessary to
restore it, then she could start benefiting from the use of that furniture
sooner.

progress won’t be very evident. But if you will faithfully and diligently
give time to the Word, you will speed up this wonderful
restoration process and your life will show the fruit of it.
