If there is one thing I have come to believe about humans it is that God gave them a creative mind. Another thing I have come to understand it is that God has given us a desire for fellowship. These two attributes of humanity have caused some amazing inventions to be created. One of the most recent is the whole area of social networking.
We can now communicate with each other in ways I never could have imagined growing up in the 50’s and 60’s. Way back then you either yelled to your friends or had to dial a telephone that was inconveniently connected to the wall by a wire. The person we wanted to communicate with had to be either near by or close to their phone.
Now we have cell phones that have access to Facebook, my space, twitter, e-mail, and with the aid of blue tooth can be hooked over your ear constantly. Now if we could just learn to love each other enough to communicate truth and encouragement.
