What is an Extensive Edit?

After reviewing your manuscript, our head editor might recommend an extensive edit for your project. This means you have a good book, but that the wording and content need some adjustments to allow for maximum readability. An extensive edit involves extensive time on the editors part. But remember, this is their gifting, so your book is in good hands.
When we make recommendations to do an extensive edit, we also send you a free sample edit during the review process so you can see the projected quality of the final product. In our free review you gain great information about your manuscript without having to spend any money to receive it.
Now that is a good deal!
CSN books and Legacy Line Publishing’s objective is to take your manuscript and prepare it to become bookstore quality. When we extensively edit your manuscript, we go through it line-by-line, deleting all repetitive statements, re-writing awkward statements, checking all references for address and accuracy, and making sure it meets the industry proofing standards.
Of course, we NEVER change content, but only strive to improve what has already been written. You always have the final say on any change.
