Christians need to talk about the FEAR OF THE
LORD!
It is difficult to relate to our loving, kind, merciful God in this
way but look again at Jesus’ words in Matthew 10:28. This time
I replaced the word “fear” with “be terrified,” which is the
meaning of the word Matthew used which is “phobeo:”
Do not be terrified by those who kill the body but are
unable to kill the soul; but rather be terrified of Him
who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
