Verse 9: “He has given freely to the poor; His
righteousness endures forever; His
horn will be exalted in honor.”
When you fear God you choose righteous living. The way in
which you live...your righteous acts...will have influence long after
you are gone. In the Bible “horn” is a symbol of strength. The last
phrase in verse 9 essentially says your strength of character will
be honored.
