If we are the Church, then our ability to prevail is determined by our ability to obtain revelation through our relationship with God. The Lord showed me that if we are to bind or loose something on earth, we will have to ascend into heavenly places to obtain revelation in order to know that you have authority to bind or loose on earth. We are able to bind and loose on earth by speaking and agreeing with those things that have already been revealed in heavenly places. The Lord was showing me that there would be no reason to try to bind something in the natural world in order to change something in the spiritual world; the spiritual world that has authority to change the natural world.
