CHAPTER EIGHT
Giving Yourself to God’s Plan
There is a hunger in every man, whether he’s born
again or not, to know God. Those who aren’t born again try
to satisfy that heart hunger with all kinds of activities and
distractions that only lead them further from God and
cheat them out of life. No man is ever satisfied in his spirit
until he’s born again and living in fellowship with God.
But for the man who is born again, his fulfillment will
come only in knowing that he’s walking the path God prepared
for him. Just walking aimlessly through life will
cause even a born again man to live dissatisfied.
Paul said about himself in First Corinthians 9:26,
I therefore so run, not as UNCERTAINLY…
The Amplified Bible reads,
Therefore I do not run uncertainly (WITHOUT
DEFINITE AIM).
