For example, a man who flows in the gifts of the Spirit, but does not have a strong preaching or teaching gift, needs to work on developing that gift. He also needs to be under a pastor or a teacher to help keep his ministry straight, so he’ll stay in line with the Word of God. He can’t think, “They’re dry.” And they can’t think, “He’s wild fire.” We need each other and each person’s call is important. Ignorance in these areas will cause us to miss out on the supply offered by these various ministries.
